Tenor

Laurence has worked for a variety of professional operatic companies as a tenor soloist. In 2023, Laurence was soloist for Haydn's Creation with Rugby Philharmonic Chorus, soloist for 'Sex, Drugs and Opera' showing in Birmingham's Old Joint Stock Theatre, Box in Cox and Box with Handmade Opera, chorus for Wagner's Götterdämmerung with Longborough Festival Opera, tenor soloist for Electric Voice Theatre's 'Flowers of the Seasons Project' and consort singer with the Armonico Consort. In 2022, he covered four tenor roles for Longborough Festival Opera (Korngold's Die tote Stadt and Caccini's La liberazione di Ruggiero dall'isola d'Alcina), sang Ottokar for Random Opera's production of Webers' Die Freishutz, and been oratorio soloist for Luton Choral Society (Haydn's The Creation) and Hampton Singers (Handel's Messiah).
